Don't release the buttons when you see the Apple logo. For iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad with Home button, or iPod touch (6th generation or earlier): Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time.Continue to hold both buttons until you see the recovery mode screen.
For iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus,or iPod touch (7th generation): Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons at the same time. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the recovery-mode screen. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. For iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Continue holding the Top button until your device goes into Recovery Mode. Press and hold the Top button until your device begins to restart. 
On an iPad with Face ID: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Connect your device to your computer, then put your device in recovery mode with these instructions:. Check that you have the latest version of iTunes. If you don't have an older backup that was made using the current version of iOS, you might not be able to restore your device with your most recent backup. Note that backups created while using beta software might not be compatible with older versions of iOS. Members can develop apps that take advantage of the latest features of Apple platforms and test existing apps for compatibility. Beta versions of iOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS are available to members of the Apple Developer Program. If an update is already available, you can install it by going to Settings General Software Update, but the iOS version must be later than the version you have. When the next public version of iOS is available, install it to move back to a non-beta version of iOS. Tap Remove Profile, then restart your device. Maybe, there will only one beta profile and that’ll the iOS 13 Public Beta profile releasing in July. Apparently, Apple is not releasing an iOS 13 (also iPadOS) developer beta profile. When the next commercial version of iOS is released, you can install it from Software Update. Once the profile is deleted, your iOS device will no longer receive iOS public betas. If asked, enter your device passcode, then tap Remove. Remove the iOS 13 & iPadOS 13 Beta Software Profile.
